Rehabilitation Services
 Century
Care facilities offer extensive Rehabilitation Therapy
services. It is the goal of our licensed
therapists to help residents regain the highest level of
functional independence.

Physical Therapy to help residents build strength and
improve mobility
● Speech Therapy to help residents communicate and
regain functional swallowing
abilities
● Occupational Therapy to help residents regain
independence with dressing, bathing,
and feeding themselves.
In addition to our long-term care services we also offer
short-term care. We can help patients who may need
rehabilitation therapy following surgery, accidents, or
illness return home quickly and safely as soon as possible.

We also
make it convenient for residents to keep optometry, dental
and audiology appointments and can arrange for
transportation for those residents who may not have it
readily available. For the
emotional and spiritual needs of residents and their
families we provide Social Workers and encourage visits from
family, friends, and spiritual leaders. Some of our facilities have outdoor playgrounds
and indoor aviaries for the enjoyment of young and old
alike.
Qualified Staff
 Our
Administrators and our Nursing staff are licensed by the
State of North Carolina. Each Century Care facility is
licensed and certified to participate in Medicare and
Medicaid programs and accepts most private insurance.
